Delivery Information

We send hundreds of parcels to many countries around the world, each one personalised to suit your needs and we offer a selection of services and rates. Our delivery timescales are aimed from the day of dispatch and may be subject to customs delays. If your country is not listed below please be patient, we are working towards expanding our shipping options and we will be able to include other parts of the world in the very near future.


How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

This depends on the type of delivery you choose and the total weight of your order. As we are always looking for the best deal, we can proudly say that we offer our customers the lowest possible postal charges. We NEVER charge for handling and packing.

AIRMAIL (5-10days):  up to 1Kg = 9.50, 1- 2Kg= €14.50,  2-4Kg= €30.00,  4-6Kg= €45.00,  6-10Kg= €50.00, 10-20Kg= €100.00

EMS (3-6days):  up to 1Kg = €26.60 ,  1- 2Kg= 35.00 ,  2-4Kg= €49.00,  4-6Kg= €64.00,  6-10Kg= €87.00,  10-20Kg= €137.00

AirMail offers a good value, reliable service and it is the one we recommend to our customers. As parcels up to 2Kg are usually delivered faster, we may send your order in more than one parcels, without any extra cost to you. It usually takes 5-7 days for a 2Kg parcel to arrive to most European countries.

 


Where is my order?

We send all parcels with registered post and we will send you an email with the tracking number of your order. You can check the progress of your delivery online at the Hellenic Post website (http://212.205.82.71/trackandtrace/Default.asp). After the parcel leaves Greece you can track it on your local Postal Service website, using the same tracking number.

 


Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to most addresses within the EU and also Japan.

Regrettably, we do not deliver to any other territories, however, we are hoping to expand our shipping options to include other parts of the world in the very near future.

 


What if my parcel arrives damaged?

We take extra care in packing all orders as securely as possible and we rarely have parcels arriving damaged. As an extra reassurance to our customers we insure all orders against damage during transit and therefore we will replace any orders arriving damaged due to the postal carrier’s negligence. If an order is received damaged please do not accept the delivery. If you realize that an order is damaged after opening the parcel, please record the damaged items.

Notify us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at customerservice@karposcompany.com as soon as possible or within 7 days. We will then send you a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the damaged items. Please make sure to return any items to us within 14 days of taking delivery. What if  I am not in to accept a delivery?

If your goods are returned to us by your selected courier and an attempted delivery has been made then we will contact you via e-mail to arrange redelivery, but regretfully we will have to recharge you for the shipping costs incurred.

 


What happens if my order comes in two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
No, you only pay one delivery charge per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
