FAQ

1. How can I order online?

a. Have a look around our website and choose your desired items. When you chose to purchase an item , select the quantity and then click on "add to cart". You can continue to add to the cart as many items as you want. You can edit your cart at any time by clicking on the “shopping cart” link. Select the item you wish to remove and click on the “update” button at the bottom left of the page.

b. When you complete your shopping, go to the top right hand corner and click on "check out".

c. You will be prompted to the login page where you can register as customer (greatly recommended as it will make your future shopping hastle free and fast , also we will send you from time to time redeemable coupons) or you can proceed without registering.

d. You will be asked to provide us your billing and delivery information, your preferred shipping method, and you preferred payment method

e. Once payment is confirmed your order is complete and you will receive a confirmation email of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us at customerservice@karposcompany.com


2. How much are the Shipping Rates?

The rates depend on the weight of the order. For detailed information please check our Delivery Information section. You can also get an estimate of the shipping costs by visiting the shopping cart page.


3. What if I am not satisfied with a product?

We will gladly arrange for a product return as long as it is still unopened in its original condition and it is returned to us within 14days from the day you received it. As soon as we receive and inspect  we will refund you the full amount for the specific product and the relevant postal charge. For further information on the terms of a product return please read our terms and conditions.

Note: Only items purchased from www.karposcompany.com can be returned for refund or exchange.


4. Are the products always available?

Yes, unless it is stated out of stock. You can always contact us about an out of stock item and we will notify you as soon as it is in stock. Please note that some of our products are seasonal and may not be available during certain periods of the year. That is because we only sell natural foods available seasonally as nature intended.


5. What is the minimum order?

The minimum order value is  15.00.


6.What currency are the products shown in?

The default currency shown is in € Euro. For the comfort of our customers there is a choice of other currencies, but please be aware that the conversion rates may change without notice. The final amount to pay in your currency will be shown before you finalise your payment at Paypal. If you do not agree with the final amount please do not authorise a payment.


7.Are the online transactions secure?

In order to ensure maximum security for your transactions we use reputable online payment system companies like PAYPAL .s. We never store credit card numbers or financial information on our server. All transactions are received directly by each bank's online payment system or Paypal's online payment system. When your payment is processed you are redirected to the secure environment of Paypal (http://www.paypal.com), which protects your personal information against any leakage or misuse through a secure socket layer (SSL) protocol and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data security Standard.


8. I would like to send a parcel to a friend as a gift. Is that possible?

Certainly,you can send a parcel to your friend. Just make sure that you enter your own address at the Billing Information section , and the recipient's address at the Shipping Information. We will send you the invoice at your billing address which should correspond with your credit card details otherwise you order will be declined. Please notify us if you want us to include a gift card with your personal message.


9.I have received a gift voucher/discount coupon. How can I redeem it?

If you have received a gift voucher or a discount coupon you can redeem it by going to the shopping cart page. If you have received a gift voucher go to the bottom of the page click on "Use gift voucher", enter the gift voucher code and click on "Apply Voucher" . In case you have a coupon click on "Apply Discount Code", enter the coupon code and click "Apply Coupon" .The total amount will be updated. You can proceed to checkout. 10. Is it possible to make a purchase without using PayPal™?

PayPal™ is our partner for online credit card transactions, but you DO NOT have to have a PayPal™ account. Just follow the prompts when making a purchase through our website shopping cart and use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card to charge your purchase. We have found PayPal™ to be safe and easy to use.
